BOOKING





A credit card must be on file to hold all appointments. You will not be charged at the time of booking.


We strongly suggest pre-booking fills after your service before leaving the studio to ensure you are able to secure an appointment at the date and time needed.



fills





Fills are designed to replace any lashes that have shed or grown out. We recommend coming in for a fill every 2-3 weeks. The longer between fills, the longer the scheduled service will be.


You must have at least 40% of extensions left or the service will be considered a full set. Please book accordingly.


1 Week: Must have at least 60% left
2 Weeks: Must have at least 50% left

3-4 Weeks: Must have at least 40% left


Anything after 4 weeks will be considered a full set.



CANCELLATIONS





If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot.


Any appointments that are cancelled within less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Any no shows are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.



LATE ARRIVALS





If you're running late to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may be serviced for the remainder of the allotted service time, as time and other bookings permit. Clients will be expected to pay the full service fee of the appointment originally scheduled.


Please keep in mind that we reserve the time booked especially for you. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and marked as a no show. Per our cancellation policy, any no shows are subject to a fee of 100% of the service cost.



LASH HYGIENE





Please arrive to your appointment with squeaky clean lashes. Do not wear eye makeup, creams, or serums on or around your eyes. Clean lashes will allow the lash adhesive to properly bond to your natural lashes for longer lasting results.


If you arrive with dirty lashes, we cannot apply extensions on your natural lashes. If this is the case, we will provide a relaxing lash bath at the beginning of your service for an additional cost.

We want you to love your lashes! At Transcend Beauty Bar, we strive for customer satisfaction and are always looking for ways to perfect our craft. If there is a problem with your lashes after your appointment, please contact us within 3 days. We will be happy to provide a corrective lashing service for you. Corrective lash services must be completed within one week of the original appointment.


Because of the nature of our services, we do not issue refunds. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we kindly ask that you give us the chance to make things right. We will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation.


COVID-19 policies

Transcend Beauty Bar takes full sanitary precautions before and after every service.
We are triple certified with Barbicide, Dermalogica, and Milady for infection control.
We have strict safety protocols in place to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients.

Please complete our intake forms before arriving to your appointment. These forms are essential to ensure both our and your safety.

If you are not feeling well as your appointment is approaching, let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment to another time that works for you. Please come only if you’re feeling well!

We are not able to accommodate additional guests or children inside our studio. Please come to your appointment alone.



wait outside





We kindly ask that you wait outside in your car and arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. Give us a call or text message when you arrive, and we will let you into the studio.



face masks





A mask or face covering must be worn if you are not fully vaccinated. If you do not have a mask or face covering with you, we will provide one for you at an additional cost.



SAFETY SURCHARGE





A $2 safety charge will be added to every service to ensure we have the proper protective equipment and cleaning supplies stocked onsite to keep you safe upon entering our studio.
