✨ Start by making a journal of three things you’re grateful for each day. This helps us maintain a more positive outlook on life while taking away the focus on the negative things that could be affecting your daily mood.
✨ Put away the electronics. Don’t go on social media before bed and especially in the mornings. When you wake up, try doing a quick 10 minute meditation exercise to jumpstart your day.
✨ Unfollow any social media accounts that are not contributing positively to your mental health. Follow accounts that are inspirational and encouraging to your mindset. These accounts should have content that are meaningful to you and cater to your personal and professional growth. It’s also helpful to take time each day to look at things that make you happy. Our owner Tran’s personal favorite is watching cute animal videos.
✨ Take a long, hot bath with some aromatherapy essential bath oils, bath salts, or bath bombs. Play calming music and light some candles while you detox your body after a long day.
✨ Pamper yourself with a face mask, eye pads, or skincare treatment 2-3 times a week before bed.
✨ Last but not least, invest in yourself! Have a designated spa day where you focus solely on taking care of yourself and your needs. Whatever it may be that brings you joy, you deserve it!
